To Make a Booking
To make an online reservation, or to check rates and availability, please select your preferred dates of stay using the calendar provided. You will be guided through the reservation process with clearly marked steps.
On completion of your booking, payment will be processed and a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided with a copy sent to the Reservations Department.
Credit Card
On receipt of your booking the nominated credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay including any extras that have selected. Your receipt on departure will include this payment that has been received.
At check-in, a credit card pre-authorisation is required to guarantee any incidentals. If a credit card is not available, a current form of photographic identification is required along with a cash deposit of $100 per stay and the total of the accommodation charges. This can be made with cash or via EFTPOS. Any unused portion of this deposit will be refunded on departure.
Please be aware that Credit Card transactions incur a 1.5% transaction charge.

At Club Watermark Hotel & Spa, we take the greatest care to ensure that your credit card details and other personal information are secured at all times. Our reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts your credit card information so that it is protected against unauthorised use.
Terms & Conditions
Club Watermark Hotel & Spa Gold Coast is a fully licensed hotel and all guests must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enter any part of the hotel including accommodation. Inclusive of 22nd of November to 10th December, All must be over 21 years or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guests may be requested to provide Photo ID as proof of age or may be refused accommodation with full cancellation terms applying.
The Club Watermark Club Lounge is an exclusive sanctuary for adults and as such persons under the age of 18 are not permitted. Strict dress standards apply.
